Ordering:

- No restriction on amount of words or lines, but if excessive to the point it cannot be printed properly, we will let you know

- We allow full coverage of 12x12. If it fits, we will accommodate!

- Single color text or simple designs

- Size of text/design will be adjusted depending on apparel size

Process:

Please review size chart as there is no returns on customized items.

If ordering multiple items please let us know what text is going on which garment, in the Buyer Notes.

We will send you a rough mockup created in Photoshop for you to confirm placement of design. Please ensure you check your email spam folder as items from Etsy can end up there.

Shipping and handling: Please allow up to 5 business days for creation of your item. Once created, we will then ship it via USPS Priority Mail for orders in the US, and Canada Post Expedited Parcel for orders in Canada.
